Requesting Verge Design Services
Learn how to quickly request Verge Aero drone show design services through the Verge Aero portal. This guide walks you through the necessary fields and submission process to get your project started.
Starting from a show you already have
As you fill in a new design request, the portal looks for anything that already matches — an existing design request with a similar name, or a show on the same date — and tells you before you go any further.
That matters most for the second case. When an existing show matches, Create design request from this show carries its venue, date and drone count straight into the request instead of making you retype them, and attaches the request to that show rather than creating a duplicate alongside it. Annual events and multi-night runs are where this earns its place. Dismiss if the match is a coincidence.

Tracking your request
Requests are grouped by where they have got to: Queue for submitted work not yet started, In Progress once the design team picks it up, and Design Complete when it is finished. Each row carries the event name, attached files, the drone count and duration, and whether effects have been exported.
A completed design becomes a show you own like any other — render it and download the .vbake from its Renders tab. See Creating and Rendering.
Frequently Asked Questions
Design services are billed hourly. Sharing your budget upfront helps our team prioritize what matters most and make the most of your investment.
We can design a show to your existing audio, or our team can create a custom soundtrack.
Our designs use a mix of custom-built animations and pre-made elements to balance creativity and cost. If you'd like a fully custom show, built from scratch for your brand or event, just let us know early in the process, as this requires additional design time.
Turnaround time varies based on a few things: how busy the season is, whether your show uses custom or pre-made content, and the complexity of the design (for example, shows synchronized to music or coordinated alongside fireworks take longer). We're happy to give you a specific timeline once we understand your project.
Want to see your show before it flies? We can provide a storyboard (a visual preview of key moments) and a fully rendered video of your show. Just ask when you kick off your project.
